Packing & Delivery

The picture shows the most economical packaging method.

The following is a more rigorous packaging method.

I. Pre-Packaging Preparation

   -1. Cleaning & Inspection

         Thoroughly clean the surface of each steel plank to remove oil, welding slag, metal shavings, and other contaminants. Conduct 100% inspection            to ensure no defects such as deformation, cracks, severe scratches; all welds are secure; and accessories (e.g., hooks, end plates) are complete and          intact.

   -2. Accessory Securing

       Securely fasten movable accessories (e.g., detachable hooks) to the main plank body using cable ties or stretch film to prevent damage or loss caused by shaking and collision during transit.

II. Individual Unit Packaging

    -1. Stretch Film Wrapping

         Wrap each group of goods with a stretch film for packaging.

    -2. Edge & Corner Protection

         Install heavy-duty plastic or paper edge/corner protectors on all four corners and any sharp edges of the planks. This is a critical step to prevent packaging breakage and injury/damage to other cargo or personnel.

III. Bundling & Crating

     -1. Stack the steel springboard neatly and align them. Use at least 2 layers (at both ends) of high-strength galvanized steel strips (or PET plastic steel strips) for bundling, ensuring a tight and secure binding. The steel strip joints should be firmly locked with special fasteners. The binding pressure must ensure that the products do not loosen or shift during transportation.

     -2. Custom Wooden Crates/Pallets

        - Option A - Heavy-duty/High-value/Long-haul Sea Freight: Fully Enclosed Fumigated Wooden Crate 

        - Option B - Economical/Shorter Distance/Stable Base: Fumigated Solid Wood Pallet + Top Frame/Corner Post Protection

IV. Quality Control & Documentation

      -1. In-process Packaging Inspection   

           Establish key inspection points during packaging to check cleaning, rust prevention effectiveness, tightness of wrapping/strapping, edge protector installation, crate/pallet structural strength, void filling tightness, marking accuracy, waterproof covering, etc.

     -2. Final Outgoing Inspection

          Perform a final inspection before shipment to ensure the entire packaging meets the plan requirements. Take photos for record.
